- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in automatic cancellation.
2. Repair & Service
- All devices are handled with care by trained technicians.
- We are not responsible for any additional internal damage discovered during repair.
- Some services (e.g., water damage repair) may require extended time and may not be guaranteed.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices for parts and services will be discussed and confirmed before repair begins.
4. Warranty
- We offer a limited warranty (typically 7–30 days depending on the service) on specific repair work.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized tampering after the repair.
5. Customer Data
- It is the customer’s responsibility to back up important data before repair.
- We are not liable for data loss unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. SIM Services
- SIM activation or replacement will require valid photo ID and ownership proof.
- We follow local telecom regulations for all SIM-related work.
7. Cancellations
- To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our appointment or repair services.
